Can't change email address

Hello! I try changing my email address because I do not have access to my old email, but it need my etsy password which is I forgot. What can I do? I can't also change my password because they need my email which I said I do not have access. What will I do? Please help me.

You will need to try to reset it with your email provider by going through their security.

I have the same problem. My old account was hacked and closed down by my provider. I cannot access my old account. How do I change to my new account?

Perhaps choose: Selling on Etsy >  Account access and settings > Change your email address, then click the "I still need help" grey button at the bottom and you should get options to email, call or live chat (options vary at different times of day and for different users) to get in touch with Etsy Support.
