Can't buy shipping

After thousands of sales, I have an issue I've never seen. I'm getting "shipping is unavailable at this time" for an overseas order. I contacted the customer, canceled the order and sent a new custom order making sure the shipping was good for their location BUT I'n still unable to buy shipping. Please help the customer has been nice but is getting antsy.

there are some places etsy will not allow you to buy labels for.

where is it going?

I went to a site called "PLanet Express, and they have a chart for shipping to lithuania,

No restrictions as far as I can see.

 Call the PO if you need to.

i think razors are prohibited from being shipped to Lithuania.

you need to check the shipping companies website and see if toiletries are prohibited.

i just checked fed ex... and toiletries are prohibited from being imported into their country.
