Seems like I may have a technical issue with my account. I didn't use Etsy for a while and recently I've decided to create another costume for which I need a certain type of lace and sequins. Found them on Etsy - one of the items is in the US, the other one in Hong Kong. The problem is, after purchasing the first one I got a refund after a few days (explanation: ETSY can't ship to your address.) because they were unable to proceed the order. It was weird but well, it may happen. However, yesterday the same issue occured with the HK order and I got an info from the Seller that 'shipping system keeps saying we can't send your location now'. It's funny because I used to buy from this Seller in the past from time to time and everything was ok. But it's been a while since I've ordered anything abroad so perhaps something has changed? Is it technical or is it Covid, war or taxes? Does anyone have any idea? I tried to ask people here and there and they haven't heard or experienced similar problems.
