Etsy will not help me

I have customers always asking me why they can not buy certain items on my site because when they look at an item it says they can’t buy it in that region.
I have written this to support a dozen times, and it never gets corrected. I am loosing sales because it keeps happening.
What is it I need to do to fix this!!!!!!!!!!!
I am about to go CRAZY!
Please help me get this issue resolved and over! Please!

It's because of the mesquite wood you're using.  According to Etsy, mesquite is an invasive, noxious weed, so it cannot be sent to certain areas.  I'm in NY and I also get the 'Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region' page when trying to view some of your listings.  Strange, because I can view other mesquite listings and purchase, too.

A few years ago, a bot was removing listings where the sellers made their items with mesquite.  There were several OPs about it then.

eta - Another strange thing I noticed -- your "All'' item section says 44 and in the "Crosses'' section there are 56 items.  ?

Due to Invasive Pests, there are MANY various locations all around the Globe where you cannot ship wood products to, including right here in WA.  I remember there was a TX shop who was having issues shipping mesquite to other States due to the same reasons you are having.  The link @PlatypusDream shared in her post should help shed light on the subject.  Best wishes!

Some states have laws prohibiting certain items being shipped to their states. It varies from state to state.

I live in California and cannot order incandescent lightbulbs as California only allows LED bulbs as of 2023.  The same is true of some welding tools that thieves use to steal, catalytic converters. And, I cannot purchase any of your Mesquite items. I can ship all of the above items to my son in New Mexico without any problems.  Different states = different rules.
