Can't attach photos from gallery/library to messages to customers

Hi 

Since accidentally uninstalling my seller app on my android phone and then reinstalling it, i am  unable to access my library /gallery to attach photos from there, to messages, i can take a photo on my phone and instantly attach to message, but not from library.

Any ideas how to solve this?

I believe you have to "give it permission" to access your photo library ... probably a setting on your phone or on the Etsy app.  Good luck!
