Can't add new listings

Hi, I receive the following error when I try to add a new listing:

Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support.

What can the issue be?

I also don't have any views or visits today. I always get at last some. I wonder if these issues are related.
