Can't add a new listing it says zip code invalid!?? Help me

Everytime I try to add a new listing I can't get it to go thru when I submit it to publish it . It pops up zip code invalid someone please help me I need to add new listings. Thank you

Not sure what is going on with your zip code, but your shop has issues. The descriptions are vague and incomplete. I live in AZ , you would charge me $12 for 1 oyster and $13.62 to ship ?? And, your jewelry and pearl cages do not appear to be handmade. I have a ring just like your heart ring that I purchased at Target..

@Lillispearlsandmore Your 9-year-old is not allowed to own an Etsy shop, even with you as a co-owner. She must be 13 years old before she can co-own a shop with you. And even at age 13, she can only sell what Etsy allows, which doesn't include most of what's in the shop now (see the link to the House Rules above).
