Trying to access the Etsy message icon for star seller questions but it says it is not accepting messages. Anyone else seeing this? I wanted to know what is the number 1. after listing titles.

I have 3 shops -
One has 3.
Other two have 1.
I can't find any threads to explain this and when I post the question in the Shop Manager section it gets removed.
