I'm unable to send a customer photos of his completed custom order via the seller's app. Is anyone else having this problem?

That's an option, but a time consuming work around. I prefer that the app work properly. I've deleted and reinstalled so many times lately trying to fix repeated various seller app problems.
@ShirasGarden: Is the Message you trying to include an image on the first Message of a new thread? If yes, that seems to be an intentional decision by Etsy to reduce spam / scam Messages. You should be able to attach an image on subsequent Messages in that thread.
It wasn't the 1st message. It was a follow up message from a custom order request.
A few weeks ago, I had a message on etsy convo telling me the photo I was trying to send did not go through, so I tried again ...
the next day the recipient said they had received the same photo 5 times....
My customer never received such and it doesn't show on my end either. They have received the product though.
