Can't Renew listings

Hello.  For the last several days I have not been able to renew seasonal listings that were sold out a few months ago.  I was able to renew 3 listings, but those now are flagged and supposedly need an update.  I see nothing that needs changed and the system gives me an error message when I try to update or renew any listing.  The error message says to contact support and I've done that, but I only get a form letter in response.  It's obvious no one in support is actually reading my request for help.  I know these problems were rampant months ago and I was able to use the old software then.  If anyone has had similar problems this month (August) and found a work-a-round, please enlightening me.  Thanks!!

Well, I've actually solved at least part of my problem.  I know etsy makes lots of software changes during the summer and they never fully test their changes.  They do not let us know about these changes any more either.  So, I spent some time looking for changes.  In shipping profiles, they have added a section of holidays that we have to mark, and there was another change that I don't quite remember now.  But, by updating my shipping profiles and then applying those changes to my listings, the listing have now lost the "need updates" flag.  I've been able to renew a couple listings so far.  YEA!!!
