@CoopersByTakisha I see your Shop is not open. I'm sorry; it should NOT be this difficult to get help. With all due respect, I see these webinars advertised. And yet, many paying Customers (Sellers), have difficulty trying to receive help when they need it. So how about some assistance over here. And lighten up on the constant glitches (I'll zip it now). Here's a couple suggestions.

(If you can get into your Shop Manager): In the Left Column, under Community & Help, select "Contact". It will take you through several dropdown menus. Pick the one closest to your issue. Or keep selecting until you come to "I still need help". You will receive an option for Email us, Chat or Phone (I believe Chat and Phone are outsourced; not Etsy employees, and not always available. *Someone correct me if wrong). If you receive a generic email which does NOT address your problem, reply to that and say so. Don't start another ticket. Because you just go round and round.
OR
(Here is another option. Although I'm sorry to say someone on the Forum just posted that Help was down).
Go to "Help Center" (you'll see this on the top Right of the Forum Page). Once you're on the Help page, make sure it is set on "For Selling" (mine is often automatically on "For Buying" and I have to click the other to look up information about selling). See if any articles on that page help you. If not, go to the bottom and hit "Contact".
