Looking at your shop it seems that you have to update your finances; you are still set to paypal only, and this was changed some years ago. Everyone in the US has had to switch to Etsy payments.
I'm pretty sure that this is the reason, or I hope it is.
Also, you'll be smart to make sure that your tax settings are correct. But you don't have to deal with this right now; within a month or so will be fine.
