Can't Open Pictures in Listing Manager When Previewing

Anyone else having trouble? When I preview the listing in the listing manager, I can't open the pictures so I can see how they look. All I see is the first one. Doesn't matter if I scroll through or click on them directly. I have resorted to publishing it and THEN looking at them to make sure they look good. I don't have trouble loading pictures. I don't have trouble on other websites previewing my listings. I've tried the usual, changing my browser, clearing my cache, etc., to no avail. Is this a bug?

It sounds like you have a popup blocker or another extension blocking the photos. Most likely the cause is your device settings, not a bug or Etsy issue. I have no problems at all previewing my photos in Preview in any browser.

Thank you, How would I check for pop-up or extension blocking. I just downloaded Chrome to try this and got a message that says I need newer version. If I just downloaded it, isn't it new?

Yes! Just updated to the newest version of Apple Monterey and can't see preview pics except the first one. This glitch is when I'm using Safari. On Chrome I see all preview pics.

This problem just started since I installed 12.4 this week. I just downloaded Chrome three times. Excuse my ignorance but I have never used Chrome until this past month. I just downloaded it three times. Chrome would only send me newest version, correct? I ask this question because when I use Chrome to search Etsy I get a red banner saying that 'Etsy no longer supports older version' and directs me to get updated version. Isn't the one I just got "updated"? I cannot even get into Etsy to find out if using Chrome will solve this photo issue. Thank you so much!

Still can't preview pictures before I publish them. I've given up. I publish and then go back and edit.

I'm having the same problem and it's been this way for months.

No matter what I do, it doesn't work so I've taken to another browser just for preview.

It really is a pain in the .....

Same problem as stated above. Preview photos don’t show. Are there any updates on this issue?
