Can't Load a photo in listing and then Etsy Site Freezes

I am trying to list a new item. Every time I try to load a photo the Etsy site completely freezes. I have tried numerous times and cleared out my history and rebooted my computer. I only have an issue with the Etsy website all other websites work fine.
