I can't import my data from Etsy to PirateShip for the past week or so. I buy UPS labels from PirateShip to save my customers money when shipping larger items. PirateShip says it's an Etsy problem. It says my shop cannot be found.
That didn't surprise me because I sent a friend to my shop and she couldn't find it. She had to go to Google to get to my Etsy shop.
In addition, I haven't been able to share my listings to my Facebook business page in months. Facebook also says it's an Etsy problem.
Please don't blame me. I changed nothing. It's not my browser etc. I don't have this problem on my other selling platforms.
I hope Etsy reads these forums so they are aware of these technical issues.
Here's another thread with advice from Pirate ship on what to do:
Thank you Lynn.
You can still just copy and paste the tracking info into ETSY. That works just as well and never any issues.
Thanks. Turns out there was some kind of change on Etsy and I had to delete the integration on PirateShip and then redo it again new and that worked.
I had to reconnect as well. Now Etsy is recieving the tracking and marking orders complete. At the same time telling me I didn't use tracking. Nice.
There has been a glitch on the Etsy side. I uninstalled the Etsy app on Pirateship, then opened a new browser window and activated it again, and then it worked.
I'm manually entering my tracking numbers and so far this month none of them have made it to the CSV.
