Can't Copy and Edit Listings

Edited to add - it now appears that the issue is with copying and editing listings, not creating a new listing

Over the weekend I tried creating a new listing but got an error message when publishing it. I also could not save as a draft. I have tried again today and am having the same issue. I have tried closing Etsy and using a different browser. Thankyou.

I am able to activate the listing from the app and then edit it on desktop. If I delete photos I can then publish again. If I add new photos or edit the description, price etc it will not allow me to activate.

It now appears that I can list a new item but not copy and edit listings.
