Can’t Be tho….. 1 order missing tracking info

how can it be said 1 order missing tracking info when i have used printed all my labels thru etsy which automatically include the tracking thru the process. 

this error is affecting my star status, this is unfair and needs to be corrected, how does this work

Go back and enter the tracking number.

Check to see if the orders have tracking.  Is the package marked in transit?  The package has to be accpeted by USPS.   Sometimes the software Etsy uses misses that there is tracking.

You can ask Etsy if they will correct.

While Etsy is supposed to automatically input the tracking  number, occasionally they don't, so you then need to manually enter it.
