Can’t Add Shop Banner

Hi, how do I add my shop banner please?  I have my icon photo and just see a “order receipt banner” and it doesn’t download a preview.. I think that’s just for the receipts.  Thank you.

Click on Shop Manager, Sales Channels at the bottom,  Etsy (your shop name) and edit with the pencil on your actual shop view.

I am able to get to this step and upload the photo, but once I click save at the bottom of the screen, my screen doesn't reload and I'm stuck on the page to edit my banner. To get out of the edit screen, I click save and have to click on a side bar, but then the banner doesn't save. Why is the edit screen not disappearing after I click save?
