Can't Add Section as Featured Item

I want to feature sections as featured items but the only options I have are individual items. We used to be able to feature sections or individual items but no more. I tried to look this up in the help menus and found nothing yet I do see other shops with sections featured instead of single items. Can this be fixed? How? I don't know what happened and why featuring sections is no longer an option.

@SurnamePro that's a feature in Etsy Plus

You have to have Pattern ... or maybe it's Plus .... one of those paid for accounts. Regular sellers can only feature items.

Computer only... can't do this with the app

Go to your shop page on a computer --> at the top left, click "Edit Page" --> mouse over the FEATURED ITEM BOX and click the little pen at the bottom left of the box.

At the top left of the editable FEATURED ITEMS box, click EDIT QUEUE. You'll get the "Manage your featured queue" pop up dialog box.

Notice at the top of this box, you can choose between "Add an item" search - or - "Pick a Section"
