Can not reach Etsy Help from anywhere

I have received a couple of messages from Etsy Support via message box on Etsy. But I am not able to response to that message. It is really ridiculous, they message me but I can not reply them and then they suspend my account. (As seen : https://prnt.sc/WpMbQ8hsslu6 )

After that I tried to reach them via help desk, lucky I got an answer but it didn't take a long. Suddenly the customer representative disappeared and didn't answer me anymore. And I can not start a new session, I didn't surprised (As seen:[This content has been removed by Moderation. I still didn't give up
Created a ticket but I hope Etsy will notice me soon future (As seen: https://prnt.sc/2i5jTs2G74Me)

P.S. : It is so hard to find the screens to create a ticket or start a chat session so, to create a ticket and to start a session I also spend a lot time to find the corresponding screens.

Your shop is not suspended. 

If the message didn't come from the ''from Etsy'' folder on your Messages page, then it was a scam message.  You cannot respond because Etsy already deleted their account.  Put the messages into Spam.

If you gave the scammer(s) your email address, you may still get a regular email from them, again pretending to be an Etsy Support person.  Do NOT respond.   Either spam or delete the messages

you cannot reply to them, because etsy disabled the accounts for spamming

If you didn't go though the dashboard - help- contact us, you are not talking with etsy, but other scamming sites

remove all your links.

Etsy never asks for e-mail address
do not click on links

All messages from Etsy are in the "From Etsy" folder as well, if they are not there, they are not from etsy

do not reply to them, mark them as spam

@Turklux: "I have received a couple of messages from Etsy Support via message box on Etsy." Were the messages in the "From Etsy" section on your Messages page when checking messages using a browser? If not, they are a SCAM.

Real messages from Etsy are now going into their own section (labeled as "From Etsy") on your Messages page https://community.etsy.com/t5/Announcements/New-From-Etsy-section-in-Messages/m-p/143722497#M1899 but apparently this is only true when using a browser.

Be sure to mark the message as SPAM so that it does not affect your stats.
