For the past two weeks, I have been unable to print letter postage for my cards, been sending them untracked which will knock me out of star seller. Does anyone know what is going on? Is this happening to anyone else?
Try turning off your printer, wait a few seconds, turn back on and try again

I don't use etsy labels.. BUT you could always take a screen shot of the label and print it from your device that way.
I use the Pitney Bowes labels. What is the issue that you are having? Is it an issue with printing or is the problem actually getting a label?
It's getting the label. I always get the message unavailable.
Are you entering the measurements manually or do you have something set up for this shipping profile?
I have a shipping profile set up specifically for letters with the measurements of 6.25 inches by 4.25 inches x .20 inches and 1 oz.
I'm entering them manually. I'll go set up a profile now. Thank you
