Can not mark and order as complete

I can not mark an order as complete. I’ve been scrolling through all the forms reading all the new information and nothing is there to help. I sell custom digital files. Before I was able to upload files when they were complete and then hit complete order and then the order was finished. It is not allowing me to upload the files at all. I’m having to email my files to my customers but now I can’t mark the order as complete because it won’t let me complete the orders without uploading them and it won’t let me upload?! I have tried on my laptop. I have tried on my desktop and I have tried on my phone. It will not allow me to complete the order. This is ridiculous.

Are you using the made to order listing for digital?   That is what you need to use.

If that is not working then maybe contact Etsy,

It's a bug!

Made to order listings are reverting to instant listings with no files.

Edit the listing, chose to switch to the OLD listing format, reselect made to order digital (i.e select physical and then digital, or change the date range, and put it back to made to order) and then save.

This should put it back to made to order.
