Can not edit a customers ship to address on a shipping label

I have been unable to edit a customers ship to address while printing a shipping label for a week. This is in the app and safari. I cleared my cache and logged out of my account as Etsy suggested and that has not fixed the problem. Anyone else having this issue or know how to resolve it?

Are you trying to change the country? You cannot make that change. You need to refund and cancel and have the buyer purchase using the correct ship to address. 

Whatever the change is, keep in mind that changing the shipping address can void any seller protection you may have under Etsy policies.

No, I am just trying to add the street address number. The customer left that off and only put the street name. Either way, when I click the edit button it is not allowing me to even go into the edit method. Nothing happens when I click the edit button. If a customer does not enter their information correctly do you always cancel their order and have them place a new one?
