Can not change Email HELP sending code to email that doesn't exist

I can not change my email everytime I try it pops up with a message for my old email saying we sent a code to my old email that doesn't exist anymore. someone help. I hit change email and thats what it does. Now it's telling me to contact support. What support nobody answers.

@WildCoyoteCollection  :  This is security feature to prevent someone from changing your eMail address without your authorization. If you no longer have access to the *old* account, request a call from Etsy Support : https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling#issue_sell_manage_listings-callback or go to Shop Manager > Community & Help > Contact Us. That will open the page to start a support ticket.
