Can not Verify Bank account - Etsy support not helping

Has anyone else had trouble getting Etsy to accept their bank account information?

I'm from Denmark and recently registrered my official business and got myself a business bank account too.

Added all the legal information and bank details to my Etsy account, but Etsy can't deposit money to my bank account.

I've tried everything and I KNOW the information is correct. My bank has verified it, and has also confirmed they are not rejecting any payments/deposits from Etsy.

Etsy has also verified my bank account information manually, when I send them a bank statement. But still, no deposits goes through and I can't get etsy support to investigate the problem further.

I'm stuck in a loop, where Etsy seller support don't relate to what I write them, but just keep re-sending me the same information and links to their help section. And it's driving me nuts!

Has anyone else experienced something like this, and had the issue resolved?

And also, is there a phone number to call and talk to an actual human being?

I 've tried getting them to call me/I've asked for a phone number to call, but they just ignore my request.

You can't call, you can only go through community and hep - contact us - I still need help,

Every time they respond with something that doesn't solve the issue, reply, telling them it's not fixed, and you are still not receiving the small deposit to verify

(DON'T open another ticket, just keep replying to the one that is open, it eventually gets further up the chain)

does everything match exactly, down to the last full stop, as international banking laws have changed recently

so Ms Jane Smith on one, won't match with Jane Smith on another

have you checked with your bank, that they accept international money transfers?

the money will not be coming from Etsy, it will come from Worldpay, or stichting custodia, or one of the other payment processors

Not sure if any of that helps - hope it is sorted soon

Hi, same bank verification issue with me, but it solved.

So far, Etsy stops replying to my mails at some point, and I have to open a new ticket to get them to answer again. They simply ignore the previous one.

I have checked everything wih my bank, and they have made a statement with all the correct information. If only someone from Etsy would actually have a look at it manually, they could send me my funds, but they wont.

It's been a month now and i've just about given up on getting my money from Etsy and I'm looking for alternative places to sell.

Hi,

For the last 7 days I have had no views or clicks. Last month, thousands of views and many clicks. I am also not finding my items in the search when previously I was. I have raised the concern with Etsy help and I receive a list of ways to resolve the matter that doesn't relate to my situation. Just wanting some advice on all this. Haven't had a new reply to my concerns from Etsy support. Just worried my products aren't showing.

Any advice please?

your items are not indexed, only etsy can fix it,

log a ticket - community and help- contact us - keep going until you get to "I still need help"

specifically state your items and shop are - not indexed

... just a heads up - etsy seller protection requires you to have policies, so make sure you enter them

Yep that's exactly the same issues I'm having but I haven't received any small deposit. Help centre only sends me stupid links to the same stupid articles and links that don't solve my problem.

I have faced the same problem  but etsy support solve my issue and now I have no problem in my seller account.

Kindly tell your problem issues to etsy support and check your registered case reply in etsy support centre.

Frustrating for y'all. Maybe etsy is still trying to work out the kinks in their improved seller support plans  announced with the last increase in fees? Will cross my fingers and sprinkle wine over my shoulder in the hopes that it gets worked out soon for you guys!

Problem as above, still unresolved.  Etsy sucks. F'it.  Shopify is better.
