Can never see international tracking numbers without dancing around

When I have shipped an order and I look at the shipping information (now located in the 'delivery info' tab) all I ever get is ''Get Shipping Labels" and "Create Return Labels". The only way I was able to find the tracking information was to click "Get Shipping Labels", click "Cancel" and then the tracking information would show up.

I can't track international orders, because it is 'tracked on Etsy' only and we do not get a tracking number.

The workaround I mentioned above is ok if the order is new, but if the order has been stuck in transit for a long time and there "Get shipping Labels" has expired, I can't see the tracking.

This is incredibly frustrating because using the workaround is annoying, and if the package takes forever (which happens too often with international packages), I stop being able to access the information because I can't click the workaround button.

Why can't I see the tracking information on the 'delivery info' tab for order WITHOUT needing to click "Get shipping labels"? (Even before it became its own tab, I still needed to do this to see tracking info). International orders do not give a tracking number, so I can ONLY see it through Etsy.

The customs number is the tracking number if using Priority International.

If using Global shipping labels, then the domestic shipping number from USPS is changed by Asendia when it arrives on their dock.  The number they supply is now the tracking number and it is in the order. 

I never had to click get shipping labels.  I just clicked on the customs number on the order to get the tracking.  Today it is an additional click to get to the tracking.

I can never see any tracking info on the order page without clicking the shipping labels option first. When I go to the order's page and select "Delivery info" I only see the two options (Create a label or refund a label). Nothing else. I have to click 'create a label' and then cancel it before the tracking info shows up. 

This is a problem, because if it is outside the delivery window, I can't click those buttons and cannot access the tracking on Etsy (therefore I can't get the customs number).

Also where can I input the customs number to get tracking outside Etsy?
