Can i use regular rechargeble battery in my item and selling it

I did made some things with LED and put on sell, because it need some kind of power to running it, so I did use 4 pices of AAA or AA rechargeble battery, after min I did post my item, it got remove off by etsy. 

got a email from etsy tp tell me "We're getting in touch to let you know that we've deactivated one (or more) of your listings because it violates Etsy's Seller Policy regarding what can be sold on Etsy."

I know Individual or loose lithium ion batteries it cant be in the item, but AA or AAA battery I used are NIMH battery , it's way more different than Lion battery.

so is this are etsy did something wrong or you can't use any kind rechargeable battery in your item and sell ?

Other sellers have reported that Etsy is deactivating items with coin batteries, as they no longer can be sold on Etsy.

Contact Etsy through the Help Center for more specific guidance.

thanks, I did try send email to telling Etsy about this ,AA and AAA rechargeble battery are not on the cant sell list, but contact to etsy support inthe help center cant doing any thing

If they reply back but don't answer your question, reply TO THAT EMAIL saying your issue has not been addressed.
