I've been selling on Etsy since the early 2000s and I've never had this issue before. I had a purchase come in of a small item,the shipping choice was listed as expedited, but the shipping cost showed as $0.00. I've never offered free shipping, and all my listings are set to calculated prices. The shipping would've cost more than the item did, so I contacted the buyer and told them of the issue. They said that was a really weird, that they had chosen standard shipping (which again, buyer pays) and they decided just to cancel the order. So, I cancelled the order. But then, when I receive the listing fee refund from Etsy, the greeting message was to a handle that is not mine. Has anybody else had this issue happen?
Were they part of Etsy Insider?
I just looked at one of my refund emails. It was to me, but I rarely actually read those, so it's possible there have been issues in the past.
