A few days ago I posted that the listing page only had half of what was needed to
select calculated shipping.
Today there is no option at all, only free or fixed price, just like the old days.
This is in the new AND old version. I've cleared cashes, changed browsers, deleted
all old shipping profiles, used help chat, emails, and a phone call,
the responses are so flowery, formal and kind, but no one responds to the
actual issue.
Anyone else going through this?

I know I saw another thread on this a few days ago, but I can't find it. I don't know that it contained any kind of help, but it does show it's not just you. And I know they said that it wasn't just the new listing page, as well.
Have you tried copying a listing? I did that earlier today with no issues.
Yes, I just tried copying an older listing, and a weird hybrid of old and new listing version pops up, as well as a big red banner telling me to select shipping carriers, and choose between a fixed price (like the old days) or free shipping. Not a single prompt or prefill regarding calculated shipping. This is maddening.
Do you have shipping profiles? Both new & old forms allow you to select / attach shipping profiles to listings. If it didn’t work today, try again tomorrow.
Have tried for 3 consecutive days and gotten no prompt to input weight and dimensions. Maddening!
I have this exact same problem but in only one of my shops. I've been selling on Etsy since 2006, so not a newbie at this. In late 2023 and Jan 2024, I was able to set up calculated shipping in both shops. I really only need it for one, where I sell fabric. Now in my fabric shop if I try to set up a shipping profile all I am given is the option of "fixed or free" for the shipping amount. I am not given the option of "calculate it for me". Furthermore, If I attempt to modify or even look at an existing calculated shipping profile that I created successfully at the beginning of the year, a big red error box appears stating "You need at least one domestic shipping service!" but there is no way to select any. Have been at this for 2 days. Finally figured out that my fabric shop is simply not being given the ability of calculated shipping on any new listings. Must be a bug/technical issue on Etsy's end or else I am a complete nincompoop. In other posts that reported this problem, haven't seen anyone say they figured it out or got it working. If anyone has, hopefully you will see this message and tell me what you discovered. Thanks!
@janinekingdesigns I believe you asked this question on another thread. I listed the answer there. Calculated shipping is available on the new template. I use it regularly.
