This is now the second time one of my customers are having trouble ordering off my site. The first time it was an Etsy issue, I’m pretty sure it’s still the case, but my customer had to call me to let me know! This is not good etsy!!!
Has anyone else been having this problem? It makes me wonder how many other customers have just turned to another shop because of this.
AND WHY CANT I JUST REQUEST A PHONE CALL!?!?! WHY DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH ALL THESE HOOPS TO GET A RESPONSE THAT MOST OF THE TIME DOESN’T COME!!!
You are yelling at your fellow sellers here by titling and posting in ALL CAPS (which is considered shouting on the internet), because Etsy is not here in Forums. That's not at all pleasant.
Making a point, not yelling at sellers…this has happened already to me and no one picks up the phone to even try and help—the one time someone DID call me, she had no clue how to help…why?
(Of course Etsy is here in their forums, I don't know why people think Etsy doesn't monitor its own forum. Threads won't close themselves.)
Were they using the app? What went wrong? You need to be a little more specific.
It does seem to be happening to some shops. In some cases it is because buyers have more than one shop's items in their cart, and if one of those shops only takes Paypal it won't process all of them together, you have to take some stuff out.
Some instances don't seem to have that explanation which is why it would be nice to get to the bottom of what is really going on.
I’m aware they monitor, why I said what I said so they know this is an issue…

Mine has been unable to process for almost two weeks and flat line likes and views. Adding new items, adjusting tags and titles nothing is working.
