CANNOT CHANGE FEATURED ITEMS

We've tried to rearrange our featured items signing in through both Chrome and Firefox, thinking maybe switching browsers would help, but to no avail.  Etsy, please fix!

Wait for several minutes after changing your featured listings, then refresh the page and check again. It takes some time to see the result.

@thependantemporium: This is an on going issue which has been reported numerous times in this forum. Unless there is a new glitch, it appears to be related to a combination of how long it takes the change queue to get posted on the back end and the server side caching which affects how soon a change is displayed to the user. The 'solution' seems to be patience and the changes will eventually appear.

Remove all extra queued items besides the 4 then wait (unfortunately).

Why not ignore "Featured" and just put those listings in the top 4 slots?

It usually takes a while to switch out the featured items.  Take a break (sometimes a long one) and you will eventually see that the changes have gone through.

I gave up on the featured as it never worked for me even with the work arounds offered.  So I just decided the heck with it.

I really wonder if buyers actually look at it.  I haven't seen a change in buyership since I stopped the featured.

The only way I have managed to change them using Firefox is through editing the shop, it hasn't worked through the listing manager for quite some time now. And when you do change them, give them a bit of time to update.
