Buying Etsy labels from email notification

This is a technical glitch. I used to be able to use the "Purchase Shipping Label" from my email notifications to buy Etsy labels but now it takes me to a page that allows all of the input but the "Review" button is grayed out and I can't go any further. I have to go to the dashboard and through Orders and Shipping tab to buy labels now. Anyone else? This is more annoying than anything as I manage my Esty shipping through my notifications rather than the dash tabs. TIA.

Never tried it. I always go to the order and buy the label from there.

Me, too.  In fact, I don't always get a notification of a sale but it's always in the Orders section.

Thanks. That's what I'm doing now as a workaround. I suspect most people work from their dashboard/orders pages.

It's easier that way - plus as I said before - sometimes I don't get a notification of a sale.
