I have had two buyers (one yesterday and one today) reach out to say they never received an email confirming their order and not finding it in their "Purchases and Reviews" tab. The order comes through on my end just fine. These are for digital download prints that have sold several times with no issues. Is anyone else seeing this?
I started personally sending my buyers an email stating that I received their order and it would be sent shortly. It helps to ease their worry if I received it.
when trying to find it on purchases, tell them to use a browser and not the app.
Thank you! I knew they could not download through the app but I did not realize they would not see their purchase. I will let them know.

And the convo notification? Sometimes yes and sometimes no.

I am searching for information on this. I've been selling on ETSY for 4 years. Just recently I have had several customers reach out claiming their order is not showing "confirmed" on some kind of progress bar they are seeing. I've never heard of this and I see no way to mark an order as confirmed. In over 20,000 sales just this past week is the first time this has ever happened. My customers are concerned that I haven't received their order. Is this something ETSY has just added? Honestly I don't really want to have to add yet another step in my process for each and every order, but I will do so if it means the customer should be seeing this "confirmed" status. I have looked through every option both in settings and the order screen and I see no way to mark a confirmation status.
