I've had about 5 customers in the last 2 days say the Etsy app is not letting them select product options. They pick the options and it defaults to "select". using a different browser of PC seems to be helping the problems. Anyone else have this happen, seems to be affecting sales?
is Etsy aware of the problem, trying to find where I can report the issue
@innovativestencils: A quick search of this forum would show you that you are not alone. As you noted, the only solution or workaround right now is to use a browser not the app.
ok good to know that etsy is probably aware, very bad timing for customers to have problems checking out
I've now had two customers contact me about this bug today. Really hope this is fixed soon
