Buyers cannot post reviews.

Buyers can't post reviews because Etsy doesn't allow them. This is what they write to me in messages.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

They can't post reviews until after the expected delivery dates, yours are quite long

maybe they are trying too soon

it looks like your customers have to wait 36 days after purchase before the feedback window opens. the date the feedback window opens is based on your "expected delivery date" which currently shows May 8-15

Thanks, I didn't know there was a link to the set send date. I give long deadlines because the orders come in waves, sometimes they accumulate and even this deadline seems short to me, and when they are less the schedule changes.
