Buyers can't check out

Multiple buyers have attempted to buy from my store, but none have been able to check out.   They can add items to the cart, but when they click proceed to checkout, they get an error message that says "oh dear there was a problem submitting your order. Please give it another shot. 

The buyers contacted support but were told to wait and try it again. They try again with no luck.  I have had multiple buyers trying to buy different products from different suppliers (printify, printful, teelaunch, and products I ship directly).  The buyers are from different States.  Support says it is a buyer issue, but how can that be?  Every buyer coming to my store would have to have issues with paying.  It seems impossible for every buyer to be not able to buy.  I have sold 0 products; I know I am new to Etsy, and my products need some work, but I am selling the same products on other platforms.

I have gone through Etsy support multiple times.  The last session ended with the support agent saying we are sorry and that we couldn't help.

I tested this, and was able to add your product to my basket with no hiccups, so it may well have been  scammers trying to fleece you. Please be aware that this situation happens OFTEN to new sellers. All legit messages will be in your Etsy folder, and there is a message telling you to beware scammers.

Thank you for checking.  The issue comes up on the final step when submitting the order after adding it to the basket.  I have a customer who buys on a different platform trying to buy, so I know they are not a scammer.
