I have new on Esty shop, bank account and Place verified, a few weeks old.
A buyer messaged me and said they can not complete purchase either for many items in bulk at once or for items one at a time.
Etsy said, it must be on the buyers end. and buyer also send me a screenshot from Esty (the seller can't get there first sale because of basic level verification when seller complete there verification you can buy again (how can i complete basic verification?)
The thing is, we have had many hundreds of views, dozens of "favorited item", and dozens of "in carts",
yet not a single sale. I am wondering if this buyers problem is also stopping every other buyer.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
It was probably a scam message. Mark as spam.
buyer also send me a screenshot from Esty (the seller can't get there first sale because of basic level verification when seller complete there verification you can buy again
Etsy would never tell a buyer the status of your verification. Someone is trying to scam you.
thanks for your responsive feedback
That "buyer" is a scammer. They target new shops. Do not fall prey.
To avoid scams, do not take the conversation off Etsy, never click on a link in a message, and only access your account information from your seller dashboard.
ok got it thank you so much
@ZurevoTemplates: As pointed out, the Message is probably a scam attempt.
Don't forget that you are in a very very over saturated and competitive niche, which according to some reports is showing overall decreases in sales. And things like a shop-wide 55% off sale makes it look to many potential buyers that you over priced your items merely to put them on sale.
With the current state of Etsy's organic search you need to initially drive your own traffic and sales so that the algorithm learns that people want what you are selling.
As an aside, do have permission to use Canva's intellectual property in your listings? They have very specific rules and you do not appear to be following them.
i might b wrong and as soon as possible i will b change photos and mockups and removing Canva's logo from my listings thanks for highlighting about my mistakes
