Anyone else encountered this issue of buyer able to purchase a deactivated item? I sold an item at market and promptly deactivated the listing via the Seller app. Double checked that it had been deactivated on my laptop when I returned home, yup deactivated. Buyer was able to purchase said listing this morning - had to send an email of apology and cancel the order. Concerning. Just deleted from SOLD OUT listings to be sure. Maybe there some glitch with DEACTIVATE function? Anyone else experienced this lately?
It has been occasionally reported as happening in the past, but I don't believe it is widespread. Likely a one-time glitch for your shop. Unless it happens twice, I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
@clotheslinesvintage - Yes, this glitch has been reported before, thankfully not too often.
Though with all the recent glitches - items in shops but buyers can't order because they get the "sold out" page when going to look at the details of the listing - I can understand shop owners wondering what shoe will drop next.
@JMOldeVintage Yes! I saw that post after I posted this. Hope these issues are resolved swiftly. What next, is right!
