We sold a nice item to an established buyer. When they got it the initial reaction was negative and we got a 1 star review. Later after talking to the buyer by message they agreed the review was too harsh and changed it to a decent review but forgot to update the number of stars up from 1.
They went back in to update the review stars and do not see the review at all in the purchase page. All they see is (no review) and a message that they "can leave a review after nn date" date of 2 days in future.
There are no open cases or returns and there should be a 100 day time to update the stars. Why in the world is the review not shown for update on the buyers purchase page but Etsy is saying when they can leave a (new?) review, even though the 1 star review already exists and was allowed to be updated once. I have a screen shot from buyer and they are clearly telling the truth on this. Am loosing faith in this system, this is a very bad place to put us both in by Etsy software.
