Buyer Friendly Postage Price Glitch

Hey! 

I haven't had much luck in finding another poster with this issue but my US postage prices are all set to be under $6US yet the notification remains that my listings are at risk and I should change them.. when I go to the update pricing section via the search visibility page it says all of my profiles are within the price range, the alert goes away, and the next day it starts all over again. 

to note:

-I do use a print on demand service but I have my own shipping profiles so they do not get refreshed by Printful's server

-There is an additional fee on multiple purchases but it says that will be capped so I don't think that's the issue?

-I am a Canadian Seller (exchange rate?) (cannot add packaging fees as a Canadian seller)

This isn't the first time my dashboard has wrongly held on to notifications for months at a time until it suddenly stops so i'm wondering if this will be the case here...

If anyone has had this issue and resolved it please let me know as this alert is kind of annoying to get everyday!

Your shipping prices are not all under $6.00 - I looked at 2 of your listings (sweatshirts) and both are $6.18 for shipping.

@NanaLetha  Is correct.  Every listing I clicked on showed shipping of $6.18.

thats so strange! on my end it says

"US$5.93(CA$8.00*)

This postage price falls within the target range buyers are looking for."

maybe something to do with exchange rate? I'll try taking it down to a 50 cent gap to see if that helps.. Thanks so much!

The same thing is happening to me. Can someone check my shipping because the shipping for me is saying its $6.05 but in the app used to change shipping prices its saying $5.79 which is what I actually set it at. Please check because its driving me nuts!! Thanks

@BeeLitScentedCandles -- Be sure you don’t have any extra fees set in your shipping settings… handling fees or packaging fees …if you do, that will be added to your set shipping fee and can make the overall cost more than $6.

Great point if someone else is experiencing this issue - but Canadians do not have the option to add packaging fees!

@terriblay  The postage to the US is now $5.80. You must have changed something.

You are Canadian so the $6 shipping thing does not apply. IF it did you could avoid by using calculated shipping. Canadians can add a handling fee.

It shouldn't apply to non-US shops, but this seller's products ship from the US. So I guess the $6 rules still apply to her products. Otherwise, she wouldn't be getting the notification.
