Bulk edit of pricing not working

Hi...I do know how to bulk edit as I have done it in the past with pricing. But as of today when I click Editing Options and then the drop down menu appears and I click "Edit Prices" nothing happens. I do not get a menu to raise or lower or anything. All the other bulk edit options do come up.

I have to admit I get pretty darn irritated with Etsy considering the fees we pay.

Two months ago Etsy dropped my connection to Vela and all my data was lost there because when I logged in on Vela it then saw two accounts.

I used bulk edit over the weekend and while it worked it didn't work correctly. I edited my descriptions (find and replace) and it was a good thing I checked my listings as it didn't work correctly on some listings and on others it didn't work at all but messed up the spacing. That's how I spent a good part of my weekend, going through 140+ listings.

it's been broken for me as well all weekend. Hope they get it fixed soon! I don't look in these threads often but wow they are toxic.

I'm glad I saw this. I thought I was doing something wrong since I knew I had used the bulk edit to change prices before.

My bet is there will be a statement soon that bulk price editing is no longer available on Etsy but Vela does have the capability...thus more out of pocket money.

@SKIPNALLARTGALLERY  So they can charge us extra for this service. What a scam website! Ceo Silverman is looking for every penny under rocks to feed his shareholders and million shares of Etsy stock he can sell.

@SKIPNALLARTGALLERY I tried "Vela" for a short time but spent more time "undoing" than "doing". Would never thrust this for important changes again.

@SKIPNALLARTGALLERY  Etsy never has a problem to charge 0.20 per listing. Etsy never has a problem not to let a listing expire. When it comes to their pockets everything works probably. Price editing has been down for many days now. As long everything works well on their end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This will cost Etsy in the long run as lower pricing means less for them too!

I can't bulk edit either so frustrating. Hate to see other people are having that problem too.

If anyone is using an iMac.... open an incognito window and sign in to your shop from there, you'll be able to bulk edit your pricing

I've just checked this morning and it seems to be working again, I suggest giving it a try now.

Wow!  All these issue were from January of 2023, and yet here it is July of 2024 and bulk editing of prices is STILL sketchy?!  Seriously?!  Worked one minute and then stopped working the next.  What kind of a bug is that?!  BTW - Not a single word from Etsy in this entire thread?!  Anyone home?!

Edit - 7/25/2024: For those who are still experiencing trouble, selecting items one page at a time works.  Not ideal, but still better than nothing.
