Hi...I do know how to bulk edit as I have done it in the past with pricing. But as of today when I click Editing Options and then the drop down menu appears and I click "Edit Prices" nothing happens. I do not get a menu to raise or lower or anything. All the other bulk edit options do come up.
I have to admit I get pretty darn irritated with Etsy considering the fees we pay.
Two months ago Etsy dropped my connection to Vela and all my data was lost there because when I logged in on Vela it then saw two accounts.
@SKIPNALLARTGALLERY: There have been quite a few recent reports of issues with bulk editing in this forum including https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Editing-prices/m-p/140797546#M749526 Being a (holiday) weekend it seems problematic as to when it will be looked at.
But it will not be a problem for Etsy to charge your fees holiday or not.
It was broken Thursday, Friday and still today Monday. None of those are holidays where I live. Infuriating
Sam thing with mine. It’s been all week. Driving me insane. I have 800 listings and I need to change the prices asap.
I can't fathom how Etsy can be run like this. It is beyond insulting.
Same here! I have been trying all day and the same thing happens, NOTHING drops down!
It’s crazy cause I can change literally everything else….but not the prices. Wth is that.
I had the same issue a few days ago and it never resolved itself. It seems every other function is working with the bulk edit except prices. Maybe Etsy is making improvements, like perhaps bulk editing on variations! (wishful thinking, I know!)
Glad to know I’m not the only one experiencing this and not going crazy. I hope they fix this soon.
Please Etsy fix this !
I having this problem and it is really annoying. We have got increases on delivery fees and other costs for production and I immidiately need to change all of the prices but I cannot do that.
Good to see it was not just me, i thought i had a Browser problem! Anyways, Happy New Year everyone, i hope it will be a year filled with health, success and joy for you.
I contacted Etsy about this yesterday. They told me to delete cookies, update browser, etc. I told them that I did not think that would fix the problem as everything works fine, apart from 'edit prices'. Pffff.....
Omg lol like really. Duh Etsy. Ugh!!
Same problem here. Regularly clear my cache. Been trying for days. Why would it be a problem on my end when all the other options are available and others are all experiencing the same thing?
The helpdesk keeps asking me for a screenshot and I keep informing them that a screenshot of my listings will not be of much use.
Bulk editing of prices is not working!!!
Yes, same problem here, I've been turning so many things on and off to try and sort it, but this is an Etsy glitch.
Incredibly frustrating as with the New Year I urgently need to bulk-adjust all my prices. With lots of variations and different prices around the world, this feature is essential.
Glad to see I'm not the only one. Exactly the same issue here. If anyone is seeing this please fix this urgently.
This is madness!!!! How difficult can it be to sort something out that is literally costing us, the sellers, sales and money?!?!?! ETSY HELP......DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope they can resolve the issue quickly.
Just here to echo I'm having the issue as well. Hoping to avoid individually updating prices on every single listing......
I got an email from Etsy just now in response to mine about this issue. For all practical purposes the email might as well be called spam.
You know if we handled out Etsy shop this way Etsy would kick us off the platform...
My response:
Nothing in the email addressed my issue at all.
Same here folks! However, I went over to the right and selected "Quick Edit" - it gave me a list view which I could just go down the list and change the prices. Copy & Paste for me, but then I only have 40 products and they're all the same price. I'm sure you all have more products with varying prices, but this is just how I got around it.
Yeah, Etsy really needs to up their game for sellers, but until us sellers unionize (like Starbucks employees) we're stuck with figuring things out on our own. Thanks Forum people! I always find answers here!
I can see how that would work but in my case I have 350 items and each have 18 variations.
