Hi friends. Had an unusual rush of orders in last 2 days. Went to get started, and my laser is down! Repair person will be here next Tuesday, but the first batch of items are supposed to ship the day before that. Wondering if there is a bulk way to send a note to those customers to tell them what's up, and to also extend the ship-by date a day or two? I see how I can reach out to one at a time and also extend the ship-by date, but can I do it in bulk?
Nope, just one at a time.
One at a time, and keep in mind that you can only extend the date once. Unless your repairperson is prepared with every possible part your machine would need, I'd extend for more than a couple of days.
