Hi Etsy , I’m not sure I’m in the right place but I just wanted to bring to Etsy attention I problem one of my customers have had this week when using the App, she’s been trying to message me via the App and they all kept bouncing back to her , she was starting to get worried as she wanted some information on a parcel I sent her ! It’s all sorted now so I have no issues but just wanted Etsy to know some people are experiencing problems with the App !
