Bug when verifying ID

Hi all,

I've just decided to start up an Etsy (UK) account after running through other channels for some years. I've got as far as verifying my ID but when I go to upload my driver's licence the details it needs are in the business name and address. There's no date of birth placed and all the details just don't match up to the the ID their requesting from me.

They only ask for Government Issued Photo ID i.e passport, drivers licence etc. How are you supposed to get these ID in the name of the business entity??? lol.

Please help, this is highly unusual and my account is being rejected because of this.

Hi I feel your stress, having similar issues and then when you try to send the information the link dose not work and all the detail etsy are asking for on the Id is not on the id. Thinking about refunding customer and giving up.
