Bug report: Etsy Ads, Detailed Stats /Targeted keywords all zero again

As per title targeted keywords are all showing zeros again like they were in June.

@PrimFun That's not it, ad stats were there yesterday, all gone today, it's the same technical fault that they had in mid June.

Same for me too. Just got off from chat who were completely useless, and didn't even seem to understand what I meant. I then asked them to forward it to technical, so I have a support request, at which point the agent typed:

"Sure. I'm consulting with my team to ensure we find the best solution for you. Thank you for your patience." (yes they emboldened the my team part)

and then ended the chat! Great, thanks for your help.

I've been having a similarish issue since June... frustrating to say the least.
