I have got a brown square in place of the thumbnail on one of my listings. I have reported it to Etsy and am just waiting for them to come back with a fix. I thought only I could see it but my friend, who is another seller on here and not connected to my shop in any way, can also see it so I am presuming all potential buyers can. Please can you help get it fixed so I can sell my item properly?
Edit: It's OK, I think I have fixed it myself.
I went into the listing and clicked edit...then adjusted the thumbnail and it went back to my photo. I hope this helps others out in the same boat.
