Blurry images in search
For a couple of days now when I do an Etsy search the first page comes up with all the images in focus but after that I have to refresh my browser every time I go to the next page because all the images are out of focus and blurry. I was on another website and this did not happen so I know it’s Etsy. If this is happening to buyers I can see them quickly getting bored and leaving Etsy to shop elsewhere

Re: Blurry images in search
I've done searches on Etsy recently and everything looks fine. I use Edge. It might be your browser and graphics card.

Re: Blurry images in search
It's probably Etsy messing about with page code for how the images load.
Different browsers get sent slightly different page code, and sometimes different images too.
Etsy are always breaking something.
Probably not the same problem, but Etsy's page code is currently upscaling the thumbnails for larger browser window widths on Firefox.
Above 1360px page width they are displaying 300px square thumbnail images at 328px square.
- "300px × 300px (scaled to 328px × 328px)"
This is causing visible blur, especially on listings with fine text (eg. downloadables).
I find this disregard for image quality by Etsy to be quite rude when they are also busy hammering sellers with image quality warnings.
On Chrome they are serving 600px square images instead, which look fine.
