Blacked Out Pictures on renewals too!

I thought this was just an issue with new listings, but I’m seeing blacked out images on renewals too!  Has anyone heard about any resolution to this problem?

Just saw this myself when I renewed an item. I guess there is no fix yet although it has been going on for a few days. Looks bad on the shop page so I deactivated the item for a day to see what happens.

My new product is just white. But I checked on the phone of my boyfriend and there the picture is shown.

This thread has the most action on this. I would post over there, the more traction on one post the better.

Renew or post your new listing. If the picture is black click on it and it should show the picture. If it doesn't wait a bit then go to your shop page then hit the refresh button. Then if your view is set to custom change it to most recent. 

I have not had that problem but others in my team have. It's an Etsy thing.
