Big problem with messages

• Come ho già segnalato (ma nulla è cambiato) il calcolo della rapidità dei messaggi di risposta ai primi messaggi di un probabile acquirente e’ errato!!! Da una percentuale sbagliata e questo rischia di far  perdere la stella a chi è venditore stellato da anni o di non farla prendere a chi la merita!!! Io rispondo immediatamente e sempre e ho il 91%!!!! Per favore cercate di sistemare questo problema tecnico, grazie

look at the message response csv, it will tell you which ones etsy thinks have been missed.

If you have a help request, and normal message from the same person, you have to reply to both

replying through the order doesn't count, it has to be a reply to the message thread

we are only other sellers, we can't fix anything, and etsy won't
